Sunday 21st April saw us head out to Mt Perry for the Callide Kennel Club Show. Rockys first run in Minor and up against the big boys.
Over Easter we went along to the Bundaberg Canine Club Inc. Easter Extravaganza Show Cluster. A fab time with a team of 7. (6 Goldens and the flat coat.) Kept me busy but had amazing friends helping over the 4 days.
Here’s just one photo of our Gorgeous Sassy Pants on the move. Will see what other photos the photographers captured and will share the rest of the results but for now. Sassy had a lovely weekend at her 2nd weekend out after a 6mth break. Not to mention entry added less than an hour before closing time. But very glad I did. I just love this girl and her energy. Win or loose I just enjoy showing her so much.
Was great to see a lovely entry of 20 Goldens(give or take a couple each day)

Great weekend had at Gladstone Shows 23rd and 24th of March 2024
It was a last second decision to enter Sassy pants in the Gladstone Cluster, so we could add another Golden into State bred Sweepstakes. Sassy started the weekend off picking up 2 lovely Reserve Bitch Challenges from lovely large line up and 2 Open in Groups under Judges Mrs Dianne Jovanovic (QLD) & Ms Anne Collyer (VIC) Finishing the weekend off with a very nice 25pt Best in Group under Judge Mr Mick Wilkinson (VIC) this girl is so much fun. Absolutely adore her. And can’t believe it’s been 6mths since we’ve had her out at a show.

Gladstone Kennel Club Inc Cluster. Asher picked up some more points towards his Grand with 3 Best Neuter in Groups converting 2 of them to Best Neuter in Show under Judges Mrs Dianne Jovanovic (QLD) & Ms Anne Collyer (VIC) Now sitting on 981 points. So so close

The 26th and 27th Jan saw us head to Durack for the Gold Coast Canine Club Championship Shows. Where Asher received Best Neuter in Show under Judge Ms Julie Flynn(NSW) and Ms Shannon Lancaster (NSW) and Best neuter in Group Under Mr Peter Frost (VIC) and Mrs Louanne Donald(NSW)

hosted by the Golden Retriever Club of QLD. Hundreds of Goldens all in one place = bliss.

Another weekend another show cluster. We had a lovely weekend up at Maryborough for their Championship Show Weekend
Asher picked up a lovely Best Neuter in Show and all 4 Neuter on Group 3 awards.
Anne picked up 4 BOB and 2 Minor in Group 3
Sonnet who is visiting us from @alubyc.goldens bicked up a lovely Best of Breed, 2 Runner Up Best of Breeds, and and a lovely Intermediate in Group 3.

Oct 2023 saw us travel to Melbourne for the Fields of Gold National Show.
Asher had a very successful show winning Neuter Dog CC and followed up with Runner Up Neuter in Show.
2023 is shaping up to be an amazing year for us in the show ring. We have had a lot of fabulous success already.
